In association with RealityGrid, the main grant for which ended on 30 November 2005, several other projects have received funding.

EPSRC

European Commission

  • EU STEP: A Strategy for the Europhysiome, Project 027642. Starts 1 January 2006 for 18 months.
  • EU VIROLAB, Project 027446. Funded for three years starting from March 2006.
  • Prof Peter V. Coveney, PI of RealityGrid, is designated as Joint Research Activity Partner for material sciences in the Distributed European Infrastructure for Supercomputing Applications (DEISA).
    Our LIAMS- Large-scale Intensive Applications of Molecular Simulations project has been retained for operation in 2006 in the first European Call for Proposals of the DEISA Extreme Computing Initiative (DECI).
